2. Most Homes come with standard options including
carpet, refrigerator, and standard options as listed.
However we can customize homes to some degree with
skylights, wet bars, jet tubs, upgraded insulation,
porches, and many other items that our customers may
consider desirable.
3. Some counties require drainage surveys. These
are optional.
4. Driveways can be arranged in most areas
5. Extra Fill Dirt Can be arranged in most areas
